week end a san vito
San Vito lo capo. Just a couple of days there and it makes you feel good. The sun is so bright the sea so blue you feel Africa really close. Moreover there's a decent pedestrian walk by the sea, very few building offending the sight you might even think it's not a piece of Italy nor Sicily. It is worth a visit mainly before August when it gets all chaotic and dirty. Just standing by the sea and watching its deep and intense colours is rewarding and helps to start the week over. end#

On gossip at work
Usually working environments are sort of small communities. Observing the behaviour of people is rather interesting . It's a lot about stereotypes and stereotyped behaviours undoubtedly but IMHO who enhances the shape of the behaviour is the boss.

About six degrees of separation
There are studies and research and much more about the theory of the six degrees of separation, and a movie also with Will Smith, that I actually didn't enjoy much. A couple of minutes ago I was surfing in Julie Powell's blog and realised that we're sharing the same provider "blogger", and I also realised we're also sharing a similar layout. There's people posting on her blog. Hence: does the six degrees of separation theory also apply to the rules of the internet? Or the net cuts all the possible degrees of separation and reduces them to almost none? In the "offline" life if I wanted to contact Julie I should have tried several connections and never be sure enough on how to get in contact with her. Imagine of actor Ashton Kutcher being a hit in twitting.
So this is the question: has the internet overturned the six degrees of separation theory?

What's like when you look at past pictures of yours
What's in a picture: a whole life. A world, a memory, something you sometimes need to keep up with to remind you who you are now. I've been watching these pictures of mine I hadn't looked at for ages, and blimey I was thinnier and happier. I wanna go back there.
So happiness in made up of little chunks of life you scramble from daily routine.
